I've been adopted!
About Indy
Indy is a lab/border collie cross, who is a part litter of 9 who arrived here nearly dead, they had been transported in a plastic box with a blanket over them so they cooked and could not breathe. It took us over 4 hours of hard work to get the sort of back on their feet, well to the point of drinking no sooner had we got them through this drama then they were hit with severe gastroenteritis, they also had an extreme worm burden. Their little gums were so pale i thought we would lose them, as it was we lost 3. Anyway the remaining 6 healthy and ready to go to their new homes
Adoption details
HappyPaws Haven is fussy about who adopts these animals and where they are housed and cared for. The adoption criteria is documented as a questionnaire and strictly adhered to. We do not adopt animals to people who rent unless they are long term rental at the same address and have landlords written permission.
We ask if they have thought about the attributes they want in a dog, lifestyle, childrens ages, prepared to train, etc. We also talk about responsible pet ownership, \ fully fenced yards, hours unattended etc. and finally a vet reference.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
