I've been adopted!
About Lilly ~ 7 month old (on trial 12/06/2021)
Hey there! My name is Lilly. I am a sweet dilute calico girl who is around 7 months of age. I would really like a new home where I am showered with cuddles and pats.
Both my sister and I came into care after being surrendered. We had been well looked after but our owner could no longer look after us and wanted us to find a really good home. My sister and I weren’t bonded so we went to different foster carers and have been fine apart from each other.
I am super friendly but am rather shy. Everything is new to me here at my foster home but I am gaining confidence every day and having fun exploring. I have a super cosy hiding spot on the lounge under the covers when I am not sure of things. You see, I haven’t been exposed to lots of people and other animals until now.
My foster family have two cat friendly medium sized dogs and three of their own cats plus one other foster cat. I am actually doing really well with all of them.
My foster mum feels a quieter home would suit me best and maybe someone home a little more than not would be good too. She feels young children would be too much for me, older teenagers would be fine. I just need a human friend to love and look after me.
I love a cuddle and the best time for me is of a night when my people have settled down to watch some television. I snuggle up to them for pats and I often curl up and have a snooze.
I haven’t shown much interest in toys but I do love the scratching post. I am also litter trained.
I might take a little time to adjust to my new surroundings but I am sure once I am settled you will find me a very affectionate, lovely cat. I am hoping someone out there is willing to give me a chance.
I am having all my vet work done and will be ready for my new home so if you would like to meet me please complete the DRN questionnaire below.
I am in care in Merewether Heights NSW and my adoption fee is $200 which includes my desexing, microchip, first vaccination, worming and flea treatment.
