About Angie ~ 5yr Old Staffy X Foxy(on trial 17/7/21)
Angie is a bubbly 5yr old female English Staffy X Mini Foxy. She is a black and white dog of a smaller stature. Angie weighs about 14 kg so is on the smaller side of being a medium dog.
Angie is a very lively and active dog so is best suited to a family with children over 12. She will need a family committed to her ongoing training. Angie has basic commands in place, needing guidance with her excitability. This family will be adored by Angie. She thrives on the company of people and will follow you around.
Angie was very well toilet trained when she came into care. She has still not had any accidents inside the house. Being allowed inside with the family is very important for Angie. She enjoys playing with toys however if there are pats available, she will choose those over the toy! Angie would be more appropriate as an only dog although a calm male dog companion may work. Angie tends to clash with female dogs. Angie walks well on the lead and is OK when she sees other dogs out in public. A daily walk would enable Angie to expel the extra energy she has like most young foxy breeds. She does tend to walk with a bit of speed.
Angie is fine outside during the day with toys and a fresh bone to keep her mind engaged. She’s not good with cats so making sure you have a yard she can’t see out of is important. Angie loves to chill out with the family on the lounge and be included in family activities when you are home.
Angie is in foster care in Wallsend, NSW (Lake Macquarie). For more information or to meet
Angie, please contact Jaime by email jaihol@bigpond.com and submit an online application.
