Tux 🐕‍🦺

As you can probably guess by the name, my foster family believe that I’m somewhat handsome....actually, strikingly good looking! And yes, I do strut my stuff 😍 Tux is the name, and I’m another of the Lab x Mastiff mix litter currently searching for my forever home 🏡

I’m a little bit of a goofball at playtime, possibly even clumsy....and enjoy a good rumble with my siblings and host dogs. I’ve been lucky enough to end up in a pretty amazing foster home....well property!

So far, I’ve met horses, chickens, cats and other fellow canine friends. I’m not fussed with the horses, have not been interested in chasing the chickens, and absolutely petrified of cats! They are freaking scary 🙀 As for my new canine friends, we hang out all the time and have so much fun together 🥰

My foster mum says I’m going to grow up to be a gentle giant. She loves to watch me run around with the other pups and host dogs which vary in size from a Jack Russell to a Great Dane!

I’m learning so much in my foster home.....I’m learning my name (and coming when called), learning not to jump on people when they say hello to me (sometimes this is extremely hard), and doing extremely well with my crate training and toilet training. My siblings and I are crated at night by the fire and sleep soundly until morning.

I will need lots of ongoing training in my new home, so I’m looking for a home that can provide me with the time and commitment it takes to do that. I would also LOVE to have another young active doggie companion who I can continue to learn from and keep me company when you go out.

Please understand that I’ll be a big boy when fully grown and will need a medium to large yard with height appropriate fencing to keep me safe.

My vet work will be complete this week, which means that I’ll be all ready to pack my doggie bag and head off on my next amazing adventure in a few days time! You’ll find me in Laguna NSW 😉
