I'm Brie and I'm looking for a new family to call my own.

The application process can take up to 2 weeks so please allow this much time for us to get in contact with you in regards to whether you have been successful or not.
If you have made it through the first round we may contact you by phone for more information.

NOTE: You are unable to meet Brie until/unless you have been notified that you are a successful applicant. An adoption cannot be approved unless you are able to come to the shelter to meet Peggy in person and bring any dogs you currently have with you.

What I need in my new home:
• Daily walks, trips to the park or beach, playtime in the backyard
• Further training with basic doggie manners
• Rides in the car
• To be allowed inside with my family
• A small doggie playmate is a MUST as I'm quite nervous and shy with new people or in new environments. I cope better and am much more relaxed.
• A cat may be ok with a slow introduction.
• I like both friendly male and female dogs
• I have lots of energy so an active family is a must
• Secure Fencing (6ft Colorbond or equivalent)
• Lots of toys and mental stimulation
• A diet of good quality dry food to help keep my teeth clean
• Lots of love and attention
• Happy to live with older children but small children may accidently scare me
• I can be shy at first so I need a family who'll allow me to grow in confidence in my own time

Things that I don't want in my new home:
• To be left alone in the backyard without any interaction
• Not to be allowed inside with my family
• Never to go on a walk or rides in the car
• Small children as they may scare me

My best features:
• LOVE people, once I get to know you
• Very playful when I'm feeling confident in my surroundings
• Gentle & placid
• I love toys
• I walk well on lead
• I love attention and having snuggles with my humans
