About Angel
This beautiful big girl is Angel, by sight and by nature. Angel is looking for calm and quiet companionship during her retirement years.
Angel spent majority of her years with BFG Obi (also in care with FFAR), teaching him everything she knows but now its time to find her own family. Since coming in to care, Angel and Obi have been separated due to differing needs.
This beauty is not very toy-oriented and is happy to entertain herself while you work or are out. She has separation anxiety and may bark during the start of your absence but this appears to mostly be while she is inside before settling down to watch the world go by. Angel definitely prefers to be indoors as opposed to out.
Angel has had some training and will happily wait for you to tell her it’s okay to chow down on her dinner. As Angel is getting on in years, she is on a daily anti-inflammatory medication (Meloxicam) to allow her to continue enjoying life to the fullest.
Angel prefers the company of her humans over any other animals due to lack of socialization during her formative years. Due to her size, Angel must go to a family who understands and respects her size and strength. She is therefore unsuited to live with young children or frail individuals. …. so, if you are after a lovable giant to be the only pet in your home, Angel is perfect for you!
Medical notes
Daily anti-inflammatories.
