About Ted
Have you met Ted...
This lovely big boy is handsome, intelligent, very well behaved and looking to start a new life in a large home with an active family.
A well rounded dog with a sunny disposition and amazing personality Ted is eager to please and a real go and get them dog, but just like all talk, dark and handsome men this boy has a very sensitive side.
Suited to an only dog home Ted requires a family with big dog experience willing to work on his socialisation skills. Ted is king of the castle and wont be intimidated by other dogs, hence someone looking to attend training with this amazing boy would be essential. Having said that Ted just oozes love and does everything asked of him with a smile on his face. Good on a lead, eager to please and gentle Ted would love to live with some older kids who could keep him entertained and enriched.
Ted would love to live in a home with big dog knowledge, some dog training history and with people with a commitment to ensure this boy is enriched and active. He would love a spot on the couch and may be prepared to leave some room in the bed for you if you allow him up...
Ted is a dog deserving of love and is hoping to bring his new family lots of joy.
If you think Ted is the dog you have been dreaming of then please contact the Bendigo Animal Relief Centre on 5441-2209 to arrange a meet and greet appointment.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
