About Ragnar - Assisted Rehome 🐠
Ragnar is the name (but do get called Viking & Baby boy at various times too....I answer to all), and I’m a 2.5yr old DMH (domestic Medium hair) with one blue eye and one green eye (although can be hard to notice depending on the light). Sadly, I’m needing a new forever home....
First and foremost, please understand that my human mum loves me very much, and her heart is breaking at the thought of losing me....But, she knows that I deserve to be in a home where I’m not constantly looking over my shoulder and being knocked around by the senior girls of the house! You see, my mum loves to save those in need....and she really believed that when she rescued me over 2 years ago, she was doing the right thing by me.
I’m sharing my home with a senior Poodle x (who gets along fine with me), 2 senior Siamese/Tonkinese females (who literally hate me) and some Ferrets (who don’t care too much about me at all)....Oh and a Great Dane boy who spends most of his time outdoors, but scares me with his size! I’m actually an easy boy to love, so not quite sure why the female cats feel the need to bully me, but they do.
I think I would like to try being the king of the castle, the absolute love of your life, and your one and only furbaby, so I can actually relax and spend my days and nights wherever I choose (inside of course), without the constant stress of being bullied.
Whilst I may seem nervous around new people (thanks to the girls), it doesn’t take me long to start relaxing and showing you what a truly affectionate boy I am....especially if you’re holding a brush! I can’t explain in words, how much I love to be groomed....
If you were to consider adopting me, this is what you can expect.....I have a beautiful quiet nature, enjoy spending time with my humans (but in no way, needy), love to sunbake (strictly inside) and not fussy at all with what’s on the menu. I’m still a young boy and enjoy a good play and love to hang out on the scratching post by the window. I’m kitty litter trained, enjoy my baths (or showers) and love a good cuddle 🥰

Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous baby. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the appropriate carer and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
