Hi we're Kosta and Rags. We're a beautiful bonded pair of boys. Kosta is a Poodle and Rags is a Maltese X Shih Tzu. We are desexed, microchipped, fully vaccinated and parasite treated. We have had a thorough vet health check, Kosta is in good health, and has no ongoing health issues (although he has a sensitive tummy and skin) and he's not on any medications. Rags is in good health, apart from bad arthritis in his legs. He has started a 4 week course of arthritis injections. He will then require them every 6-12 weeks depending on the season. His new home will be required to continue this treatment for the remainder of his life. He also has another oral arthritis medication that he can take for 3-4 days occasionally if he is having a bad day and is uncomfortable.

Sadly our owners have passed away, which initially left us confused and sad. Up until that point, we had been very much loved and adored boys since they adopted us as tiny puppies. We have always lived together and Kosta is very doting and protective of Rags, so we are looking for a home with no other dogs preferably. We are a friendly, happy and gentle pair with people of all ages. However due to our size, age and Rags health issues, we are best suited to families with older children. We are extremely loving and devoted indoor companion dogs who are very well behaved and toilet trained (there may be some initial regression in a new environment).

We live in foster care with cats, kittens, other dogs and our foster carers. However Kosta is nervous with new dogs and will bark and growl. We are looking for a home where our human(s) are around most of the time and have the time to spend with us. We enjoy being on your lap and having cuddles or happily laying in our bed by your feet. We absolutely adore attention, pats and belly rubs (especially Rags who puts his paws up in the air together for them, which is very cute!). Kosta is an active older boy who enjoys walks (especially at the beach), both like trips in the car with you and know how to use a doggy door. We are honestly an adorable, loving and gorgeous pair of boys who deserve a loving family to live out our twilight years with who will spoil us, as we deserve.
