About Suzi
AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION
SUZI
Breed:
Wirehaired Jack Russell Terrier
Age:
14 Years.
Sex:
Female.
Hi I'm Suzi. I'm a 14 year old Wirehaired Jack Russell Terrier. I am desexed, microchipped, fully vaccinated and parasite treated. I have had a thorough vet health check, I'm in good health, and have no ongoing health issues (although I am moderately deaf) and I'm not on any medications. I recently had a full dental clean and had some teeth removed too. I am currently eating good quality puppy food to help me gain some weight after my doggy friend in my previous home decided to eat mine and his own.
Sadly both my owners developed Dementia and were placed into an aged care home. Up until that point, I had been a very much loved and adored little girl since they adopted me as a tiny puppy. I'm a friendly, happy and gentle soul with people of all ages. However due to my size and age I am best suited to families with older children. I am an extremely loving and devoted indoor companion dog who is very well behaved and toilet trained (there may be some initial regression in a new environment).
I happily live in foster care with cats, kittens, other dogs and my foster carers. I did live in my previous home with another small dog. I am looking for a home where my human(s) are around most of the time and have the time to spend with me. I enjoy being on your lap and having cuddles or happily laying in my bed by your feet. I enjoy short walks, trips in the car with you and know how to use a doggy door. I am an absolutely devine little lady who deserves a loving family to live my twilight years with who will spoil me, as I deserve.
Adoption Fee: $300
If you think you would like to adopt me please send an email to: rescuemewhiskersandpaws@gmail.com with "Suzi" in the subject line and we will send you a Dog Adoption Questionnaire.

Adoption details
All of our animals are placed into foster care in a family type environment, which allows them to be exposed to various environmental factors such as cats, dogs, children, visitors, noises etc.
All of our animals have a health assessment. They are desexed, microchipped, receive their 1st F4 vaccination or C4 vaccination and have parasite treatment prior to going to their new homes. Once ready for adoption we look to find our fosters the most suitable home environment depending on their personalities and needs.
