About Gus
Hi I’m Gus!
I’m a gentle giant who loves nothing more than to be with you all the time!
I will need to go to a home with a very large backyard for me to run around in, I will need daily walks to ensure I’ve used up all my energy.
I will need to go to a home that is committed to my ongoing training, I follow lots of commands really well but sometimes I get distracted and stop listening!
I use a harness when I go for walks as I still haven’t learnt not to pull my humans along to every tree I want to sniff.
I love playing with my toys and chasing a ball (no promises I will bring it back though)
I have some separation anxiety, I just love being with my humans all the time so I will need to go a home where I’m not left alone too much. I’m sleeping in a crate at night to help me feel safe as I can be destructive if I’m left alone in an open space.
I’m great with cats although I don’t understand that I’m a lot bigger than them so I will need a gentle introduction as I get very excited and want to play which can scare them.
I love other dogs and would be best suited to a home with another male dog, although I’m desexed I still love the ladies a bit too much and can annoy them sometimes.

**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY**
Due to an anticipated high volume of applications the adoption process is outlined below:
1. Please complete our Adoption Application Form by following the link to our website: www.all4pawsdogrescue.com.au
2. Include as much information as possible and it is never a case of "first in best dressed" when we are choosing the most appropriate new home. Matching an animal with a family is based on lifestyle, family members, attitudes to pet ownership and the personality of the pet.
3. Due to the number of applications we receive all correspondence is through email and if your application is short listed we will either call you to discuss it further and possible invite you to a meet and greet.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
