About Sassy
MEET SASSY!
Sassy is approximately 15 going on 16 years old, she is fully vet worked and after sadly losing her owner, found herself in a rural pound looking for a new home.
Sassy is looking for somewhere to live the rest of her life in peace and comfort. She is incredibly affectionate, loves sitting on your lap for a cuddle, and is otherwise very low maintenance. She is honestly the most tidy cat, I've ever known, and is more than happy with some soft food, a warm spot in the sun and someone to love. She does not like other cats however so she is looking for a home to be the queen of the castle for the rest of her days. She is being fostered by a home with 2 children currently, she is okay as long as they know when to stop bothering her. She is also living with a labrador dog who she mostly ignores but will give the occasional smack when annoyed!
Sassy has a grade 2 heart murmur which does not currently require any medication or affect her daily life, just monitoring.
If you have room in your home and heart for this elderly lady please enquire today!
* No other cats
** Sassy is an INDOOR ONLY cat and her new home must be able to accomodate this, secure outdoor enclosures are highly desirable.
Medical notes
Sassy has hyperthyroid disease which causes her extreme weight loss and endless hunger, however she has just started medication that is working well! She will require 1 pill once a day in her food. You will take her current bottle of medication with you when you adopt her, She MUST stay on this medication for her health to live a longer happier life!
