At nearly 5 years old, this charismatic gentleman is well into Dane middle age, but he also has a cheeky, playful side that will absolutely steal your heart. He tends to be bit wary around men at first, but he’s proven to be quite a charmer with the ladies. Malman is very much an inside dog and is happiest when he’s up close and personal with his humans. This might seem a bit to take because of his size but he doesn’t shed much and he’s not prone to sloppy kisses, so all things considered, he makes an agreeable bedmate. We recommend a family with older kids only because he thinks he’s smaller than he is and has a tendency to pinch any soft toy he can reach. Malman knows basic commands and walks well on a lead but will need a family to continue his training. Malman has tested positive to heartworm and has started treatment for this. If you are keen to adopt Malman at this stage, you will need to ensure his treatment is completed.
Adoption details
First you need to email and inquire about whatever animal you are looking at to find out more information. If you believe this animal may suit you we will discuss the adoption process and go from there. All our animals are located in Townsville, North Queensland. If you are interstate or not a local the Angel Paws team are more than happy to answer as many questions you have about the animal to ensure they are the right one for you. We are also able to provide more pictures from the animals foster carers to assist you on your decision. The rest of the adoption process all depends on those first steps.
