I'm Marty and I'm looking for a new family to call my own.

What I need in my new home:
• Daily walks, trips to the park or beach, playtime in the backyard
• Further training with basic doggie manners
• Rides in the car
• To be allowed inside with my family
• A doggie playmate would be great, if not then lots of socialising with other dogs
• NO CATS
• I like both friendly male and female dogs
• Secure Fencing (6ft Colorbond or equivalent with no holes or gaps)
• Lots of toys and mental stimulation
• Lots of love and attention
• I can be shy at first so I need a family who'll allow me to grow in confidence in my own time

Things that I don't want in my new home:
• To be left alone in the backyard without any interaction
• Not to be allowed inside with my family
• Never to go on a walk or rides in the car
• Cats, rabbits, guinea pigs & livestock
• Small children due to my shy & timid nature as they may scare me

My best features:
• LOVE people
• Happy to hang out with other dogs
• Very playful
• I can sit
• Playful
• Food motivated
• I love attention and having snuggles with my humans

Where I need to improve / Training required
• It appears that I may have had quiet a sheltered life so will require a patient and loving family who will allow me to settle in my own time.
• I will require full basic training as I've had no training experience yet
• I do walk quiet well on the lead once settled, however I can pull if something interests me and can be quiet skittish if startled so walking in a harness is recommended.
• I am shy at first with new people and in new environments so will require a family who will take their time allowing me to settle in and continue on with my socialization
• It would be extremely beneficial for me to go to a home with another dog to help with my confidence.
