About Pinto
Squash, Cous Cous & pinto all came to us as 4 week old kittens. They were born in a cosy corner of a garage in Sydney's Inner West, to a stray mummy cat, who has now been desexed. Thanks to the hard working of a local caring family, they are now with us and looking for their forever homes.
Their wonderful foster carer, Linda, says they have just been an absolute joy to have. Her female cat, Honeybee, has really taken the boys under her wing and she grooms them, plays with them, and teaches them how to play gently and nicely with each other. They've had excellent socialisation and are beautiful, sweet-natured kittens who will make excellent companions.
The boys MUST go to an indoor only home. We see far too many cats die on our roads and cause destruction to our native birds and wildlife. With all of the options for containing your cat in your garden, there really is no excuse to allow your cat to roam off your property anymore. Our policy is strict; we don't put in all of this work and love only to hear our precious adoption cats have been hit by a car, or contracted the FIV virus.
The kittens are now available. Please send us a detailed message with why your home would be perfect for one of our kittens.
Adoption details
Please contact the clinic and ask to speak with Rosie, our cat adoption officer.
All cats and kittens adopted out from Drummoyne Veterinary Hospital MUST go to either an indoor-only home, or a home with a suitable cat-proof outdoor area or enclosure. Our mission is to make Sydney a better place for cats, their families and our precious wildlife. That means responsible re-homing. We want our cats and kittens to go to the safest, most loving of homes. We don't want them exposed to risks such as getting hit by a car, dog attacks, cruelty from people, injury or death from cat fights or dog attacks, or contracting infectious disease. We want them to live a long, happy and healthy life with their families; safe from harm :)
