About Teddy and Chester
Please do some research on what's involved in adequately housing and caring for guinea pigs before enquiring.
Please also let us know what type of cage/enclosure you will be using.
Guinea pigs make wonderful pets and like all other animals they need lots of room to run and play and most enjoy human interaction once they feel safe with their people. They're not pets to be put in a hutch outside and forgotten about.
We prefer our guinea pigs to be indoors with supervised outdoor time, there's a lot of information available about having indoor guinea pigs and we are happy to give advice.
Guine pigs require a specific type of diet consisting of a variety of vegetables and fruits and they need a constant supply of fresh hay.
Teddy and Chester.
- Called Teddy because he will snuggle up on your lap and fall asleep
- very sweet and confident boy
- tolerates pats
- Gets very excited over food and hay
Chester (the small one)
- growing confident by the day however is still nervous. Needs someone to help continue building his confidence.
- Is a little chatterbox. You know when he's walking around the cage because of the noises he makes
- tolerates pats on his terms
- loves to follow teddy around
Both boys take food from your hand.
They will need a large cage as they love to chase each other around.

Adoption details
If you think one of our animals would be a good match for your home please email us and we will be in touch shortly after. We all work fulltime, have families and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
