Billy is a shy, independent boy that enjoys laying in the sun, gazing at the world outside the window, and eating.

Billy is timid around new people and can take time to warm up. But once he does, he loves a head and back scritch, so much sometimes that he dribbles!
Billy doesn’t make much noise, and is on the less active side.

Billy has made an amazing recovery from a surgery to remove a cancer from his face and nose.

Billy would be well suited to a smaller home, with patient and caring humans.
