Bo can be a little nervous when first introduced to new changes and needs to be given a little time to gain confidence. Bo enjoys being near his humans but is also happy to spend time indoors alone when you have to pop out for daily activities.
He loves to sleep in the same room as his people and enjoys sitting with you to watch a good movie on the evening. As with any dog, he loves getting out and about and a little trot around the neighbourhood is right up his alley. He also enjoys the company of other dogs. Although he likes to be close to you, he may require slow introduction to visiting café's or shared community spaces as this is all quite new to him.
Bo appears fine around children but is not keen on being picked up and fussed over. BARRC were informed he had bitten children in a previous home. Since coming into the care of BARRC, he has been sterilised, vaccinated and had his rear dew claws removed.
The biggest battle you may encounter is extracting him from his foster carers arms. They are very much in love with this little guy but also understand that there are other wonderful forever families ready to give him much love so they can focus on the next dog that needs a little care and comfort before rehoming.
