My name is Lucky and I am a handsome, gentle and quiet pup.

I love pats and having people play with me, but can be a little timid about being picked up. When you are so little, it can be a bit scary to be flying through the air so high! I am sure that I will outgrow my uncertainty, but I need a family who will understand that I will happily climb into their lap from lower heights and cuddle up with them while I gain confidence.

I am not at all scared of people though... I love everyone and will give you the best puppy kisses you have ever had. I know, I know... I have a rugged, tough looking face, but really, I am just marshmallow inside.

I am a social lad with all of the dogs in my foster home. I have been in foster care with my mother and siblings and other dogs of all different ages and sizes in my foster home. I would really love a bigger doggy companion in my new family. Do you have an adult pooch who is looking for a best friend?

I have already started my basic training and have learned how to sit when asked to. I know the drill of what is expected when my foster mum takes me on to the grass... well, to be honest, the grass always feels cold on my little paws, so that helps quite a lot.

I would love to have a family member home with me most of the time for company.
