About Loki
Hello everyone! I'm Loki! So very nice to meet you!
I'm the little boy cat with the very striking tiger stripes which makes me unforgettable! I also have the gorgeous markings on my face with the very cute black pointed tuffs on the tops of my ears. My foster mumma says my markings are very unique and very stunning.
I was rescued from a street colony of community cats on the Fraser Coast in Queensland. Sadly, of all my siblings, I am the only one to have survived. My fur mumma wasn't able to be trapped then, but she has been now so that she, too, can have a better life.
When I first came into care, I spent the first few weeks with some of the other adult cats I knew on the street and I really do NOT like humans at all. But since then, and since moving in with my foster mumma, I love humans very much. I love it when my foster mumma gives me pats and cuddles (I don't stay long for pick up cuddles as I have a lot to play and do). I love playing with my foster siblings and I would love to play with the adult cats but they don't like kittens. My foster mumma says I'm a real boy, always roughing and tumbling and running and chasing. I truly am the God of Mischief as my name says! I love all my toys but my most favourite is the feather toy on a stick. I can play with that non-stop, even when I'm panting and exhausted, I still want to play so my foster mumma has to put it away to make me have a rest.
I'm not really a lap cat yet but my foster mumma thinks that will change. I do, however, love to sleep beside you while you watch TV. And in the mornings, I love to come and snuggle with you in bed, doing lots of kneading and giving lots of purrs. I love my morning cuddles. I also do these cute little squeaks of excitement when I play. My foster mumma calls them "guinea pig squeaks" and thinks they are so cute. I also meow when I say hello or when I'm telling my foster mumma to hurry up with the food.
I am not a picky eater at all and I enjoy my food, both bickies and wet food. I love my milk as well. And I have no issues using the litter tray (either clumping clay or sawdust pellets). I have also learnt how to use the cat flap so that I can go into the cat netted enclosed area outside.
My foster Mumma says I really am growing into an adorable little boy and can’t understand why no one has come to visit me yet. 😿
I will definitely need to be adopted to another family that has even another older cat or kitten from about 12 weeks of age. Will you be that family that offers me my loving, safe, secure, indoor only furever after home 💖
