Hi Friends, My name is Max. I'm 1 year old and my breed is a bit of a guess but I'm only a little guy about the size of a small kelpie (14kg?)

I am a super sweet, fun loving and playful dude with plenty of puppy exuberance. I love peanut butter, tug'o'war and my favourite game is fetch. I'm also a big fan of snuggles!

I take to training very easily, quickly learning little tricks like shake and spin because I want to please you (and am also quite fond of treats). I am used to being home alone through the day and am very quiet, the neighbours won't even know I'm here. But when you're home all I want to do is be with you getting lots of attention and cuddles plus hopefully sleeping inside.

I am still only a young boy with some puppy traits - and can be a little jumpy, I like to nibble on your toes, and I do like to carry around things I can chew on (kongs are a must!). I can get over-excited around other dogs but would be well suited for a calm older sibling who can mentor me about being a good doggo and teach me to share our hooman's attentions. Though I do have to admit I'm not a fan of cats at all though so would prefer not to live with those little clawed beasts.
I bond strongly with my humans and I can't wait to meet the ones to spend my forever-time with.
