About Bella
*In foster care in Randwick, Sydney*
Bella is an affectionate 10-years-young 'Jug' (Jack Russell Terrier x Pug) who loves nothing more than a good ol' belly rub and to be near her special human! She's happiest chilling at home, relaxing and sleeping the day away.
This sweet girl adores people of all sizes and ages, and since coming into foster care has shown endless patience with even the most rambunctious of young kids!
Bella is not a fan of other dogs, and while she'll walk past them calmly while out on a walk she can get quite feisty if she feels her personal space is invaded. Her favourite type of 'outdoor time' is in a park with lots of open space and not too many other dogs around.
Like all Maggie's pets, Bella is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will be totally content with me being their 'one and only' doggy family member! I'm pretty good about spending time on my own, as snoozing is my favourite activity, but if somebody could be home to hang out with me at least part of the day that would be even better :)
I'm used to apartment living and being taken out to toilet a few times a day - but if we're talking about wish lists, a house or townhouse with an accessible garden so I can just duck outside when I need to would be amazing!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm a massive couch potato, really! But to keep me fit and well I also enjoy a brisk walk 2-3 times a day. I can easily walk up to 40 minutes at a time, with a few little rest stops along the way :)
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Excellent!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I don't like dogs at all, sorry. Not sure about cats, as I haven't met any since coming into foster care.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
