Meet Billy! Can you see him under all that black fluff? A beautiful boy who is still needing a hand in his socialization journey, he is getting braver with each day, but needs an understanding home. Billy loves a good cuddle when it's cold at night and will sleep on the bed with you, and will ultimately become a great companion with time and effort. Billy would love to have another cat in his new home to teach him the ropes, and will need a quiet environment to really thrive. He is not suited to live with kids, and will need to be indoors only.
