Well hello there! I'm Nugget. I'm looking for a family to love me and make me their own. I'm a family man myself, and I'm ready to settle down with some humans and build a life with them.

My ideal family would love to go on walks, bush walks are my absolute favourite. I love all the smells you can pick up out there! I'm not overly fond of beach walks and water. My ideal humans would also like to hang out with me on the couch and possibly snuggle up in bed together!

I really do enjoy being with my people. You humans are so interesting.

My foster humans leave me inside when they need to go out, so I'll just cozy myself up on a bed and wait for you to get home. I'm not interested in tearing up our home, I just like being around all your smells.

The car is a bit of a concern, and I'm not one to barrel into it straight away. I'll need a bit more gentle training on that one, as I'm not a huge fan.

I'm a super smart boy, I can already Sit, give my paw, Stay and Come. My humans are pretty impressed with that. They also say the love how I don't pull on the leash - except when I smell something super amazing. Set up camp until I sniff that out guys, cause we won't be going anywhere.

I'm a super good family man, and I know that I'm going to be snapped up really quickly with my gentlemanly manners and snuggly nature. I'd say you should see me as soon as possible, take me home and love me forever.

Our dogs available for adoption are all living in private foster homes and are available for you to meet. By submitting an Expression of Interest Form via the above link, you will receive a response within 14 days. Please check your 'Junk and Spam' folder.

Our adoption fee includes a general health check, flea and worming treatment, vaccination, microchipping and desexing. If the dog is too young for desexing, a voucher is provided. A 14 day adoption trial period is available when adopting an animal from BARRC.

Adoption fees are required to be paid in full before taking the animal onto trial.
