Mitchell

*mitchell is trialling his new home*mitchell is a relaxed and relatively autonomous creature. He is curious about what goes one around the house, and will follow you from room to room, but he is just as happy to hang out on his bed. He definitely enjoys the company of his carers, but he’s not an invasive, needy presence. That said, he loves a cuddle and will happily jump up onto the couch in the evening for a little roll around. He loves his walks and can get quite rambunctious when taken out for them, especially when sticks and other dogs are involved. But that said, he’s become very well behaved and manageable, and though he has a lot of energy that needs to get regularly spent, he pretty much never gets “feral”. You can take him everywhere and he’s happy to meet people. He’ll sit outside a shop for a few minutes contentednly, or tied up to your chair while you drink coffee for as long as it takes, without getting cranky or anxious, or crying. Occasionally he can be a bit slow to warm up with people, but once he gets to know you he’s extremely affable. If you are interested in one of our dogs please complete an application form.
