I'm anxious gal searching for a dedicated family who are willing to work with me to help me become my best self!
I haven't had much exposure to the outside world in my short life, so everything is new and scary. I really do need help building my confidence, so I can learn to expect good things from the world rather than bad. In particular I find other dogs very overwhelming, so I would like to go to a home with no other pets. I don't have a very high threshold, and become reactive easily. I would love to find an experienced human who is confident to slowly ease me into enjoying walks.
I adore being around people and desperately want to please you. This means I will be very responsive to positive reinforcement training, puzzles and nose work. I find these activities soothing, and they help me feel calm because they keep my mind busy.
I know I sound like a lot of work but I promise I will be worth it! Do you have room in your heart for me?
