About Roxy
Details from her rescuer:
roxy sits on command and will 'wait' for her food, drop on command, some further lead training would be beneficial. She is affectionate, does a bit of 'leaning' (typical of the dane breed) she has a sense of humour. . . Likes to sit up on my outdoor seat with storage drawer under and survey her surroundings. She slept up there the other night. . . Watching the trains passing. . . Comes when called - unless she's being 'funny' or 'cheeky' about something. . . Is interested in the kids and follows them around, trying to join-in whatever game is on - without chasing or being rough. Puts up with my 3yr old clipping a lead on her collar and tugging her about. . . Very patient. . . Not suitable around cats or chooks
Medical notes
She has entropian in her left eye. Her rescuer has been wiping the eye out each morning and putting lubricating drops in. And drops again at night and seems to be okay. Doesn't bother her too much. She is reasonable about me fussing with her eye but i wouldn't say totally co-operative. Wormed, frontlined, nails trimmed, desexed, c5 and heartworm vaccinated july 2009, microchipped. Has also had front dewclaws removed
