About Jasper DL2655
Hi guys, my name is Jasper.
I know what you're thinking: "He's so cute! What breed is he?" My foster family think I'm a cross between Kelpie, Dingo, and angel... it's definitely a conversation starter, we get stopped on our walks by people wondering what I am, but there's no way to know for sure.
What we do know for certain is that I am a super sweet boy with a lovely temperament. I will need some work on my basic training, but in my few short weeks in care, I have already learnt sit, stay, shake, and wait for my food.
I am very well behaved, I am toilet trained (even overnight), I am a fast learner, and I walk well on the lead. Being part Kelpie, I will need an active lifestyle, with mental stimulation to keep me fit and healthy.
As I prefer to have company, I'll best suit a home where you're home often and I'm the only dog, or with a doggy pal that's a more laid-back/passive type. I haven't met cats. I can be a little excitable and can jump up, so young children may not be suitable for me.
I will make a wonderful addition to an active family. My new family needs to be willing to work with me on my basic training, as well as give me unlimited pats and cuddles as I am a very friendly and affectionate boy.
If you'd love to meet me, email my friends at DFLadoption@gmail.com today to apply!
