Bonnie

BONNIE is an adorable female kelpie x puppy, born around 1 February, 2021. What her breed mix is, we have no idea. However, she's predominantly kelpie in looks and temperament.

A classic black and tan, Bonnie is super sweet, highly intelligent, alert and very trainable.

Kelpies can make great family pets, loyal companions and excellent watchdogs. They have an exceptionally high IQ and may get into mischief if left to their own devices. They require plenty of exercise, and will become bored if stuck in a backyard for lenthy periods without stimulation or company.

The secret to bringing the best out in a kelpie is to keep her occupied and well loved.
A kelpie's greatest joy is the love and attention of an active owner or family, while her greatest disappointment is inactivity and lack of attention.

Kelpies are eager to please and extremely loyal. Wherever their humans are, that's where they'll be too - whether that's out in a boat, in the back of a car, going for a walk, training for agility competitions or herding, or just watching television in the evening.

To be happy and content, BONNIE will need plenty of vigorous daily exercise and play. Secure fencing is a must.

Preference will be given to homes where someone is around most of the time and/or there is another dog for Bonnie to play with.
