About Rocky
Rocky is one of the loveliest, one-eyed dogs around and he is looking for a special home to call his own!
This beautiful senior boy was surrendered to SCAR as his elderly owner sadly passed away, so we are doing everything we can to try and find him a new family that will allow him to adjust to his new surroundings, and when he settles in shower him with all the love he can handle. Rocky is a very friendly, extremely cuddly and a happy-go-lucky boy once he feels safe!
Rocky previously lived with another small, friendly dog and loves company, so his ideal new home would be with another small, playful dog or with someone that is home more often than not to keep him company.
He had his eye removed in our Community Animal Hospital as he was suffering from painful glaucoma, however it has healed well and he is now on the mend. He has a few medical conditions which are common in senior animals and our pathways coordinator will discuss them in detail when you apply.
If you have the space in your heart and home to adopt this adorable, cuddly, senior boy please apply below... he promises to repay you in many doggy cuddles and licks for the rest of his life.
