About Gavin
Why hello, My name is Gavin,
When you first meet me, I can be a bit of a shy boy, which stems from a rough start to life which has caused trust issues with humans but I’m learning that you lot aren’t all bad and can really be quite lovely. Because of this I will take time to warm up to you but give me a little time and patience and I actually love pats and when I trust you enough to allow pats, you’ll get to find out just how wonderful I really am! Once I learn to trust you even more, I happily come and rub against your feet to tell you I love you and purr like a motorbike!
I love following the other foster cats in my foster home around as they help my confidence and are helping me to develop trust in the non-furry members of my current household.
My blue colour is like that of a Russian Blue and my coat is soft and supple. I sure am handsome! My foster mum says it’s been the most rewarding journey seeing me come out of my shell a little more every single day and you too could have a share in this feeling!
If you believe you have the capacity to give me the time and patience I need to flourish and grow into a wonderful family member, then go ahead and organise a time to meet me!
(Please note: all our cats kittens are adopted as inside only)

Adoption Process
We send out our application to the new potential family and when our forms are returned we start a process called screening. When we have finished our screening and all information that comes back is approved. We do a meet and greet, sometimes more than two. If all parties are happy, we then allow our foster furkid go into your home. After 3 weeks (for dogs) / 6 weeks (for cats) sometimes more, see how everyone is going, then we change over microchip registration if everything is great.
