About Hugo
*In foster care in North Epping, Sydney*
Playful and confident, Hugo will light up your life with his cheeky antics! A big sleepyhead who can be found lazing around in the sunniest spots and the softest beds, he also craves attention - using his huge lawnmower purr to get pats, go floppy when picked up and nuzzling his favourite humans constantly to show him love :)
Hugo will enthusiastically join in on any games, and can leap extremely high when chasing after toys! Smart and curious, he's also been harness-trained and has started having time out in the backyard on his leash.
Like all Maggie's pets, Hugo is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: Like most cats, I can be a little nervous meeting new people, but I think I would adapt to any type of cat-loving home. My foster home has heaps of noise and bustle, but I'm sure I'd settle easily into a quieter home too. One thing I will definitely need to be my happiest self is LOTS of attention!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm still a kitten at heart, really! Get ready for my bursts of energy in the middle of the night, when I chase my ball around the house, throw myself around like an acrobat or attack your toes under the doona!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Kids are great! The more attention I can get, the better!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I would be happiest as a solo cat. I haven't met any dogs in care.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
