About Grace
Yes. Grace is as soft as she looks.
Yes. Grace will prevent you from doing any work or chores you should be doing. You will not want to stop cuddling her or playing with her- you have been warned.
Yes. Her purr is like the sweetest music ever.
Yes. Grace will melt your heart. Instantly.
Other questions? It would be best for Grace to live with people who are experienced pet owners as she was rescued from the streets - we suspect she wasn't born there, but dumped (NO idea how anyone could dump her, she is beyond lovely). Grace is a bundle of energy and loves to play with other cats- BUT she is pretty strong and would be better suited to having a cat, rather than a young kitten, to play with. She would also be okay in a house as the only pet. She has had no experience with dogs, but she might be okay with a gentle dog as a fur-sibling.
Adoption details
If you think Grace would be a great addition to your family, please send an email telling us a bit about yourselves and your home. If we also think Grace would be a good fit, we will be in touch to arrange a time for you to meet her.
It is a condition of adopting from us that cats and kittens be kept indoors at night time. This is safest for your furbaby and kinder to the local wildlife. Grace will need to be indoors day and night for a month or two until she settles into her new home.
A couple of questions first-
If you are living in a rented property, do you have landlord permission to have a pet?
Are you a citizen or permanent resident of Australia? We do not allow people on a temporary visa to adopt a cat or kitten.
Are you certain there are no cat allergies in your household?
Do you have anyone, a friend, family or a boarding kennel, who will care for your pet if you should go away on a holiday?
And the important one from my children:
Do you promise to send us photos and updates about any cat or kitten you adopt from us? We get a bit attached (lots of tears at goodbye time… not always just from the kids!) and it is easier to say goodbye if we know we will hear from our adopters!
