This darling is Maeve, who found her way to the shelter after having been found in someones backyard. She was very scared to begin with, but was persuaded by her finder to feel safe around humans, and we have continued that socialisation here at the shelter. Maeve has never had a proper home before, so she is looking for an experienced cat owner, who has a quiet and patient household where she can take her time to settle in. Things like TV and washing machines will be foreign to her, so some care may need to be taken to ensure Maeve is slowly introduced to them. Maeve is a beautifully affectionate girl who will make the sweetest companion for the right person. She loves pats, purring and cuddles. She may even be interested in having a feline friendly cat to share her home with, to show her the ropes of the fabulous, cushy domestic kitty lifesyle!!
