Wilbur is the sweetest kindest cuddliest little guy. His age is only an estimate as some documents have him at 15 some at 13 but we think he is 13 ish.
He loves walks, he loves car rides, heās ok to be carried , his missing eye doesnāt worry him, heās great with cats and dogs and great with kids, but being so small and so frail we think older kids are better . We are really hoping for a retired couple of person who is used to tiny breeds, senior dogs.
Wilbur loves a walk and then loves to sleep all day. He loves his donut bed the most. He is an inside dog and house trained.
Please be sure to read the whole profile and address the needs of the dog.
For example, āIām used to small breeds, my last two were under 5 kg and we managed very well with diet and stairs etcā

Here are some quick tips to make your APPLICATION stand out:
Include as many details as you can about your lifestyle, family, accommodation, and work. Hereās some first-hand feedback from our member rescue organisations about what they'd like to see in your applications:
š± Why would this animal suit your home? (This lets them know that you've read the petās bio and considered their personality vs. your lifestyle)
š¾ Details about your family
š” Is your home quiet/relaxed or loud/busy? (Particularly important for timid cats). Ask questions, to show your are interested in the animals ell being.
Add questions into the application.
Fill out the profiles of your current pets if you have any. Understanding the personality of resident cats and dogs will help rescue organisations or foster carers determine if the pet will adjust to your surroundings.
Remember to be respectful and kind in your enquiries. A simple greeting can go a long way! Behind that screen is a real hooman, who loves and cares for the pet you're enquiring about just as much as you will!
Be open and honest - rescues prefer having as much information as they can about potential adopters.
