About Soko
*In foster care in Waterloo, Sydney*
Sleepy Soko is an affectionate little love! She'll happily plonk herself down next to you on the couch, purring quietly in her throat if you scratch the right spot :) She has a gorgeous pink nose and spotted toe beans, and will follow you adoringly to bed before setting up camp for the night near your feet.
Like all Maggie's pets, Soko is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.
**We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile.**
MY IDEAL HOME: I'll be well suited to a quiet household, with a cat-loving person or couple who either works outside the home or will let me hibernate during the day without pestering me for cuddles :) Lots of safe places to hide when I hear a loud noise would be lovely!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm a bit of a sloth really, spending most of the day napping (but when you get home at night I'll eagerly emerge for food and back rubs!). I enjoy attacking my scratching post and chasing my laser pointer, but only for brief bursts before I'm heading off for another snooze.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I may be comfortable with older children who will respect my alone time and understand that I don't like to be picked up until I trust you.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Hard to say, as I've not met any other pets since coming into foster care.
Medical notes
Soko had cat flu as a kitten and so is prone to dental issues.
She is on a vet prescribed diet of dental biscuits to help reduce dental issues however will require regular teeth cleaning

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
