About Tella
Tella was found on the streets of Hackham and was brought in to Hisses to Purrs heavily pregnant. She has worked hard bringing up 7 healthy, happy kittens who have all found their furever homes. It's Tella's turn to find her own furever home now!
Tella is approximately a year old. She's a petite girl who loves affection and will follow you everywhere once you've gained her trust. She's still a kitten really and loves to play as well. She's shy at first, but once she warms up to you she's a lovely girl with a loud purr who has plenty of love to give the right person.
Tella has been:
- Untried with kids
- Untried with cats
- Untried with dogs
While she has been untried with children, other cats and dogs, we believe that given patience and the right slow introductions, she'll adapt well.
Tella's adoption fee of $150 includes:
- Desexing
- Vaccination
- Microchip
- Flea and Worming treatment up to date of adoption
- Socialisation
- Litter training
- An adoption pack with some of Tella's current food, some toys, a carrier blanket and other goodies
If you'd like to meet Tella, please contact us to book an appointment.
Adoption details
Kittens and cats are adopted through their foster homes. Potential adopters are encouraged to contact Hisses to Purrs by phone, email or Facebook to arrange a meet and greet with the kitten they are interested in.
All kittens and cats are microchipped, vaccinated, desexed and parasite treated prior to adoption. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Pre-adoptions are available for adopters who wish to adopt a specific kitten or cat who has not reached weight for desexing, or who are awaiting their vet appointment. Kittens and cats remain in the care of Hisses to Purrs until desexing has occurred and in the case of female kittens and cats, until 5 days after desexing to give them time to heal.
All kittens and cats adopted through us must be kept indoors or have access to a secure cat enclosure. This is non-negotiable for the safety and health of our kittens and cats.
