Bella ~BC x Kelpie (On Trial 6/6/21)

Bella is a 4 year old Border Collie x Kelpie. As a working breed dog, Bella has a lot of energy and needs a lot of exercise. She loves going for runs and long walks! Bella is a smart girl who learns fast and wants to please her humans.

Bella gets on very well with other dogs of any size. She would love to have a doggy friend in her new home but she is also suited to be an only dog. Bella has a history of escaping her yard, so secure colorbond fencing is essential. In her perfect forever home, her humans are home most of the time to spend loving time with her bonding and playing and keeping her company and entertained, as escaping can be a sign of boredom and is often resolved with exercise and stimulation. Being an energetic and fun loving pooch, this gorgeous girl is on the look out for someone active and wanting a running and work out buddy.

Bella has had basic training, but we are looking for a home with dedicated owners to continue ongoing training. Experience with working breed dogs and a willingness to spend the time allowing Bella to learn, grow and thrive is essential. Bella is fully toilet and crate trained.

Bella is looking for a home where she is welcome inside and is treated as part of the family. She also won’t mind human siblings if they are over the age of 10. She won’t be suited to a home with cats or pocket pets.

Bella is looking for a home where she is treated like a family member and taken for daily outings. She would be best suited to an active couple or family with slightly older children who are outdoorsy types and keen to get out and about with their new best friend.

Its important to note that with all new dogs entering a new family and environment that they require some time to settle and adjust to their new surroundings. We suggest spending the first couple of months bonding with Bella and honing in on those amazing personality traits that make her so amazing. Once this is perfected, its time to show her the surrounding world. She will love the time being spent with her and this will allow her the best chances at being the best doggo she can be.

Bella's adoption fee is $450 and she is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, and she's been treated for fleas and worms. Lily currently lives in Medowie NSW (Newcastle Region NSW) And is not available for interstate adoption at this time.
