About Esma
Esma affectionately known as Mumma had a very ruff start she had her babies in a not so welcoming place all her babies found homes. She came to us terrified later we found out she had been chased and had things thrown at her. Mumma has definitely come a long way and has turned into a affectionate little love bug she just needs that special home to give her time to settle in. She enjoys other cats that aren’t bullies and will give her space. She is a awkward player not quite sure on how to interact with other kittys she thinks she’s the size of a kitten but again is fine with gentle patient ones. She isn’t a fan of being picked up but she will hop on your lap for smooches, she hasn’t quite learnt to settle on your lap just yet but loves rubs. She will chat and will let you know when she’s hungry, she also welcomes you home with loud meows. In her current foster home she is used to a 10 year old and 13 year old but they know her boundaries and give her space, she’ll often go to them for face rubs. Due to her abuse she gets a little head shy if you reach over her head to pat but coming from below for chin scratches is perfectly fine. She is still playful and loves playing with one of the resident cats and is very cute when she does this. Mumma is such a loveable beautiful girl who’s worth the effort and time, she will reward you with loyalty and constant requests for chin scratches and face rubs. She is litter trained and never has an accident, she’ll be fine with older kids that won’t get in her face and respect her boundaries and understand she doesn’t like being picked up. We don’t know what happened but her tail is also a little shorter than normal. Esma hasn’t been around dogs the only type I think she’d be comfortable with is a potato dog that just sleeps all day and won’t bother her or go near her.
Esma comes desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and wormed. Adoption fee does not include local council registration.
Esma is located in Gunning
