Hi, my nickname is Stoik. I came into the facility as a stray and sadly no one came to collect me. I am a quiet, sweet boy who is slowly becoming more confident everyday. I may be a little shyer around strangers, but once I get to know you I feel much more social.
I spend a lot time hanging out with my brother, Tuffnut 9180, in the viewing quarter of my enclosure snuggled up together in our bed. Maybe you could come check me out?! My adoption fee has been reduced to encourage my adoption.
Please note: many of our animals came to us as strays, as such we may have minimal to no information about their past. All our animals temperaments are based on what we witness within the shelter environment. They may behave differently in an environment outside of the shelter.
You are welcome to visit the Animal Care Facility at 2 Rose Street, Campbelltown, or contact us on 4645 4790 during business hours for information about animals.
All puppies and dogs cost $328 ($308 for pensioners) to adopt.
All kittens and cats cost $174 ($154 for pensioners) to adopt.
For certain animals, the price may have been reduced to half.
The price for dogs includes C3 vaccination, health check, heartworm testing, desexing, micro-chipping, and registration.
The price for cats includes F3 vaccination, health check, desexing, micro-chipping, and registration.
Adoption payment can only be made in person at the Animal Care Facility. We do not do adoptions or payments over the phone and require all potential adopters to complete a successful meet and greet with the animal prior to adopting. For dog adoptions, if a dog is to be housed with another dog after adoption a meet and greet between the two dogs must be conducted to ensure they are a suitable match.
When you have selected a pet, you will be asked to complete an expression of interest form. Following a successful meet and greet with the animal, we can finalise the adoption paperwork and payment. Dogs and cats are booked into Council's contracted vet for the animal to be desexed typically the next business day. We will transport your new pet to our vet for desexing in the morning. The new owner is to collect the animal from the vets in the afternoon.
