About Rocky ~ 7mo Kelpie X(On Trial 24/4/21)
Stepping into the ring is Rocky! A big-eared, big-hearted 7mo Kelpie X with the loyalty, energy and bundles of love you've been looking for. Rocky will show you all the love in the world, whether it be through kisses, cuddles or just always being by your side. He will love playing with you and other dogs and expending all of that gorgeous working breed energy he harbours.
Rocky is toilet trained, can use a dog door, and knows basic commands and obedience. The way he picks things up, he would be a star pupil to do a bit more training to really perfect that enthusiastic shake he gives!
He will let you know when someone's arrived at your house, but that's because he can't wait to greet them and give them lots of kisses. He is great with people and crowds. He is also great with other dogs and spends his days (and sometimes nights like a cheeky little pup) playing nonstop with his foster brothers.
Rocky would suit a house with decent fencing as he can jump. He needs a yard to run around in to burn off a little of that energy! He could be an only dog but if being left at home for hours at a time, would be better with another dog in the family that he can run and play with. Being a working breed, Rocky would need at least an hour of exercise a day - whether that be going for a walk, to the park or playing with a similar energy level dog at home. He would be suited to a family who understands that he is still a pup and sometimes accidentally gets too excited.
