Hello, I'm Phoebe! I came into the shelter as a stray, but have been enjoying time in foster care. I am now ready to find my forever home, and I cannot wait! I tend to keep to myself here at the shelter, and respond the best when a single person approaches me and spends some time giving me pats. I am a purr machine and love a good chin scratch. When there are noises or other things going on I become a little bit anxious so, for this reason, I am likely to thrive more in a quiet home with 1-2 adults. My foster carer says I was lovely whilst with her, very well behaved and gentle. If you are interested in a soft, kind friendship I am your kind of girl!
