About Willow
Willow is such a darling girl. 4 years old, she is on the lookout for a very special home.
Willow has what we call 'Wobblers Syndrome' it is a neurological disorder of her spine, which creates a 'wobbly' style gait of Willow. This of course does not slow her down, and she needs to be taught that she can not just run around like a silly girl, but needs to take life slowly, so her legs can keep up. Our friendly staff at our vet clinic can give you much more information, and best tips to allow Willow to live a long an healthy, yet Wobbly life.
Willow is looking for a home where she can be spoiled, loved and given lots of treats. She would really appreciate a home with no other animals, and also a home with kids over the age of 12, just due to her size and excitement levels around people.
Willow would do well with nice, gentle, shorter walks each day or twice daily to help keep her muscles in her legs going, but no need to do any off lead running, as sometimes her legs do play games with her and she can fall over, but struggle to get up. She will need her beautiful new human around to help her if she falls.
If you are ready to let this adorable, sweet and affectionate girl into you home, please contact the shelter at kempscreek@awlnsw.com.au
