About Luke Bryan
Hey everyone, I'm Luke!
I found my way to BARC as a stray boy and no one came to get me. So here I am now searching for my forever home.
I am a big chonky boy who has a face that you just cant help but want to smoosh!
I love love love people! I am super affectionate and loving and just an all around sweet-heart!
I am currently living with other cats at BARC but I would also be fine living as a solo cat.
I weigh 6kgs, so when they say chonky boy they mean I have large and dense bones.... but a home that would ensure that I don't gain anymore weight would be ideal.
Speaking of my new home, I don't want for much. Food in my bowl, a comfy bed and someone to keep me company most of the time is what I am seeking.
If you have young children, I would love to meet them first just to see how we get along as the staff aren't sure how I would react to kids.
Older children and I would get along fine though.
If you have a hole in your life that you think this 6kg boofy lad would fit perfectly into please call BARC on (03) 5441 2209 to book a time to come and meet with me.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
