About Honey 🦋
I’m a young confident, outgoing girl who loves to play with my foster friends and host dogs, and great with the children I'm currently living with. I have settled in really well to the routine here and my foster family is smitten, but they say that I deserve my very own place to call home 🏘
My foster mum has called me Honey, because I'm just the sweetest girl ever!...I’m what they call a DSH (Domestic Short Hair) and tabby & white in colour. I was found as a stray kitten and then made my way into Rescue (which I'm extremely thankful for). I’m now almost 10wks old and booked in to have all my vet work done this week 👏
I don’t think I’m a crazy, high maintenance kitten.....I do love to play with balls, tunnels and anything on a string, rumble with my foster friends and climb the cat towers like a pro, but I can also be quite chilled and settle into new environments quite quickly. I do also love to have midday naps on the bed while soaking up the sunshine coming through the window.
I have a beautiful soft coat which is very low maintenance, and do enjoy using a scratch post in my foster home, so it’s probably a good idea to provide me one of those 😉 I’m also litter trained (you’ll be happy to know)!
I’m currently living with children (school age) and that doesn’t bother me at all, but they are very respectful and caring towards animals, and not sure how I would cope with little ones who weren’t....
It would be fun to have another feline or cat companion in my forever home, so if you have another cat/kitten and looking for a mate for them, it would be worth your while to enquire 😻
Please understand that I have been an inside only kitten and would prefer to stay that way....unless you have a secure outdoor enclosure (not just a yard, as I could scale fencing once I’m bigger). This is especially important as I have a white nose, and don’t want to end up with skin cancer 😾

Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous baby. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the appropriate carer and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
