Milo is loving and very sweet and would like to be the only pet in the household. He loves car rides and walking in areas where there are lots of smells. All he wants is love and patience. If you understand cocker spaniels, you will understand Milo. His tail does not stop wagging & he has a great nose that sniffs everything! He loves a cuddle and a pat but prefers to be close to you rather than on your lap. Milo is deaf so you need to use hand signals.
Milo loves walking so much. He covers a lot of ground sniffing everything and really enjoys himself. He doesn't pull too much and often looks around to check his person is on the end of the lead. When meeting other dogs out and about he will growl at them but is easily distracted. He thinks trips in the car are great fun and once he hits his bed at night he settles quickly and sleeps right through.
Milo will thrive in a home with structure and additional basic obedience training. We are working on his house training and he is trying very hard to get it right. He will definitely need a human to spend his days with, otherwise he gets quite upset and unsure.
Milo has so much love to give. His biggest wish is that he has a nice soft bed of his own, placed somewhere that he can keep his human family in close sight.

Adoption details
We are a community fostercare network, not a shelter, and our dogs and cats are cared for in private homes. Note that we are very careful where we rehome our dogs and cats and we have an intensive process. If you want a quick turnaround we are not the group for you. If you seem like a good match for the dog of your choice we will organise a telephone chat, a meet and greet and a property check. We offer a six-week full refund, free assistance for six weeks for any issues, and a lifetime takeback policy with a fifty percent refund of the adoption fee, and of course an invitation to our adopters’ Christmas party.
We care for our dogs and cats and we want you to as well. We know that genuine applicants have no trouble with this process and understand that if we refuse you a dog or cat, it is because you are not the best match for that pet.
Our commitment to the dogs and cats in our care is total and we treat each one as if we are passing on a family pet. This may not suit you so we point out that there are equally great dogs and cats available in pounds, shelters and with other rescue groups.
