About Orion
*In foster care in Bexley, Sydney*
Outgoing Orion is independent and super-affectionate, and tolerates her needy brother with love! She enjoys climbing all over you like a tree and making herself comfortable in the strangest places :)
Orion will delight you with her silky white coat and special eye colours - common to the Khao Manee breed. Orion has heterochromia, giving her one ocean-blue eye and one brown eye.
Like all Maggie's pets, Orion is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: Although me and my brother Sirius keep each other entertained for the most part, I would appreciate some playtime with my humans in the mornings and evenings. Because of my confident and adventurous nature, I would be best suited to a multiple person household, preferably with children. Some nice windows to sit in and watch the world go by would also be wonderful :)
I would really love some outdoor access - whether supervised walks around the garden or my very own enclosure. Because of my delicate features (pink nose and toe beans) I definitely shouldn't spend too much time outside though, and preferably not during the hottest/sunniest parts of the day.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I definitely have my kittenish moments - usually at the crack of dawn and right before bed! - but mostly I am a pretty relaxed kitty.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I am currently living with two children aged 8 and 10, and I absolutely love it! I would be suited to a home with children of any age.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: My foster home has a resident cat who I get along with really well! I haven't had the chance to meet any dogs yet.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
