About Trixie
There's something quite peculiar about Trixie - and it has nothing to do with her looks or her temperament because Trixie is very pretty and highly affectionate.
No, what's peculiar about Trixie is that she just loves vegetables! And she's become quite brazen in her quest for them.
Not content with sitting patiently on the bench while her foster mum is preparing dinner, she is now trying to grab a raw bean or an asparagus spear from the pan while they're being stir-fried!
Trixie's taste in vegetables extends from cooked green beans, corn, mushrooms, sweet potato, asparagus, broccolini and zucchini to her personal favourite, raw cucumber. See attached video which shows her chowing down on cucumber.
Perhaps she grew up on a vegie farm? Who knows? What we do know is that she was dumped in the pound with three kittens in two. All her babies have been rehomed and now it's her turn for a place in the sun.
This highly attractive and affectionate young adult loves children, provided they have good "cat manners", but is not so keen on her own kind. She would be best suited to a home where she can be Queen.
Trixie is untested with dogs.
She is desexed, vaccinated and microchipped and her adoption fee is $250.
She lives indoors exclusively and is litter-trained.
If you'd like to meet Trixie, we'd love to hear from you. She lives in Warwick, Queensland.
