Chairman Meow

Chairman Meow is a excitable, sweet, funny little dude, with the biggest personality.
He is not really coping well here at the shelter, and shows us this each day by his hyperarousal and nibbling. He really would like to go home to his new family, and be loved and cherished like a sweet cat should.
Chairman Meow is quite lovely, but will need a very understanding owner who would be dedicated to doing some training for little Chairman Meow to learn that hands and feet are not toys to play with. Chairman is looking for a home with no kids under the age of 8 due to his current hyperarousal issues with handling. An experienced owner is a must for this high energy kitty.
