About Jethro
Jethro came into care with his sisters over a month ago - upon collecting Jethro and his siblings it was discovered he had a broken leg.
Jethro was taken straight to the vets and was treated - this little guy has been nothing short of amazing the whole time thru his recovery.
Our vets were ecstatic at how well he has done recovering and him in general as a patient. Jethro is a loving little guy who will make the best fur friend for anyone who is interested in him.
Jethro is a sweet little boy who can be loving one moment then a little cheeky and adventurous the next - but always with a smile on his face and ready for a hug.
At Jethro's home he happily plays with another dog and loves to wrestle and play chasey and tug of war. He also loves to curl up with his foster brother for snooze time.
While Jethro has been in care having his leg treated - and what a special little boy he was thru all of this - he has been working on his manners - and can i just say - they are beautiful!
Jethro is a good little eater and will happily help you eat your rockmelon!
Jethro happily sleeps inside at night (and some of his sleeping positions will leave you in stitches). Jethro is toilet trained
Jethro is looking for his furever home so if your interested pls put an application in we will be updating the profile each week as his personality continues to grows
** Please note applications will close Sunday 11th April 2021 at 5.30pm

Adoption details
Paw Prints Canine Rescue is a non for profit dog rescue located in Southeast Queensland.
All our dogs leave our care with full vet work (up-to-date vaccinated, microchipped, desexed, heart worm and intestinal wormed and flea treated).
Please note - They will not leave for their new homes until they are 12 weeks of age and have been desexed, micro-chipped and vaccinated up to date.
Please note - we are not a pound or have kennels - all our dogs stay in foster carers homes and therefore dogs are not able to be simply viewed - only approved applicants will meet the dogs.

Complete the following adoption enquiry link

Once an adoption enquiry is completed our admin team will assess the application and if successful we will arrange for a meet and greet to be completed. We may also request photos of your yard for consideration of your application. Please note that we will do no more than 3 meet and greets per dog.
If applying to adopt one of our furbabies over the age of 6 months we recommend that you bring to the meet and greet any of your furbabies to see how they interact.
Our adoption fee must be cleared in our bank account before any animal is available for pick up. Please note we bank with ANZ - any other bank may take 48 hours to process the monies.
Paw Prints Canine Rescue has a 2 week trial period – this basically means that if for any reason the adoption does not work out and the dog needs to be returned to us, the adoption fee minus an admin fee (minimum is $100) will be returned to the adoptees via bank transfer within 7 working days.
Please note that if an interstate adoption needs to be returned or regional adoption all transport cost with be paid by the adopter.
Please also note while this can be a very exciting time for everyone, it can also be an overwhelming time for dogs and we ask that you do try and allow your new family member to settle in their new home and adjust
INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS **
Any transport costs are to be paid by the adopting family, however we can assist you in helping with transport to airports etc.
** Please note some of our dogs are not available for interstate adoption
